Anti-Spam and Website Advertising Policy
SkyHighGrowth Inc. maintains a strict policy against the use of unsolicited electronic messages (“spam”) to advertise,
promote, or otherwise publicize its website, domain names, products, or services. SkyHighGrowth Inc. does not authorize
or permit any employee, contractor, marketing provider, partner, affiliate, reseller, agent, or other third party acting on
its behalf to advertise skyhighgrowth.com through unsolicited bulk email or other unsolicited electronic messages.
Prohibited Practices
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email that advertises, promotes, or links to skyhighgrowth.com.
- Using purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or otherwise improperly obtained email address lists for promotional messaging.
- Sending promotional messages without appropriate consent or another valid legal basis, or continuing to send messages after a recipient has opted out.
- Using misleading sender information, deceptive subject lines, spoofed identities, or other methods intended to conceal the origin or nature of a message.
- Authorizing or allowing any third party to engage in these practices on behalf of SkyHighGrowth Inc. or in connection with skyhighgrowth.com.
Compliance and Enforcement
- All marketing and business communications sent by or on behalf of SkyHighGrowth Inc. must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and electronic communications laws, including applicable sender-identification and opt-out requirements. Any third party engaged for marketing or outreach is required to comply with this policy. Any use of unsolicited messages to advertise skyhighgrowth.com is unauthorized and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the relevant relationship and other appropriate remedial action.
Reporting Suspected Abuse
If you believe that an unsolicited message has been sent advertising SkyHighGrowth Inc. or skyhighgrowth.com, please report the matter to SkyHighGrowth Inc. through the contact information published on its website so that it can be investigated and addressed promptly.
